If you were them 2 days a week for 6 months of the year (1/2 fall, winter and 1/2 spring), that is 48 times you wear them, about $6.25 per wear and that is just for one year. Frye boots are well made and will last for years. my aunts have old versions from the 80s and still wear them. i loved them in the winter but it was an even nicer surprise when they kept my feet warm and dry during the rainy spring. i don't mind if you copy me at all. the leather slouches on the jane, which annoyed my at first but i really think it gives it character. they work well over or under jeans. this fall i plan on getting a dress or two to wear with them. do it! do it! :) I look at it as an investment.
