So if you do, all we did was drill into the brick about 8"-12" inches or so. (easier said than done!) Then we filled each hole with liquid nails and inserted the rebar. We recently moved ours up (they were a measly 12" off the countertop) during our own renovation, but I don't think we have room for shelves. I also think asking my husband to move them again could be harmful to my health!
